.mil domains from inside the EU Commission

For reasons unknown to me, all .mil domains are inaccessible from inside the (scientific) network of the EU Commission. Thus, for some time now I could not access the SCA’s website: http://sca.jpeojtrs.mil/

The solution was not difficult: FoxyProxy Addon for Firefox and a few proxies from Proxy4Free. I add a few proxies from the list, then define a rule that for the SCA url an anonymizer proxy should be used, and voila!
