Hiren’s BootCd & OpenDisc

One useful iso image for someone doing a lot of troubleshooting for PCs is Hiren’s Boot CD. The latest version is 9.3.

Another useful tool, for getting your friends/relatives to use more FOSS software, is TheOpenDisc, a collection of “High Quality Open Source Software for Windows”. Here is the list of included programs.
