pdftk input.pdf cat 1-2 3-endE output output.pdf

The default user account is ‘mobile’, and the default password is ‘alpine’. Change that password IMMEDIATELY

If you get “charging is not supported with this accessory” when you connect it to a USB port, it means this USB port is underpowered. I got the message when connecting to the front side usb ports of my tower, while the rear usb ports worked fine…

Other impressions so far:
- no theme support, follows the Gnome theme
- customizing the toolbar requires manually editing .xml files under /usr/share/evolution/2.26/ui/
- trash is a search folder, not an actual IMAP folder, so you actually get two of them
